Two years ago Tony teamed up with some crazy guys who had just founded Black Sheep Coffee, UK's only Speciality coffee shop serving Robusta. He had a dream of developing their coffee program to give young baristas the opportunity to turn coffee into a
career and change the industry perspective on what Robusta Coffee can be. It worked. Within 2 years Black Sheep has grown
from 4 to 25 stores, from Manila to Manchester. Tonys expertise is in creating dynamic training sessions, designing functional
barista stations and cafes, curating and testing coffee equipment, menu development, creating signature drinks, green coffee
grading, roasting and most importantly spreading his passion for all things coffee.
