Kuwatcha TM is a 100% caffeine free mulberry leaf powder from Kagoshima Prefecture, processed immediately after harvest at facility using a green tea production method that includes drying, sterilizing, and grinding. The mulberry leaves are cultivated naturally without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

The powder boasts a vibrant green color comparable to matcha and offers a flavor profile very similar to matcha when dissolved in water or hot water.

How to Enjoy Kuwatcha! TM

Basic Preparation: Dissolve approximately 6-8g (0.21oz-0.28oz) of Kuwatcha powder in 300ml(10.14oz) of  water , hot water or regular milk.  It does not dissolve easily. Please use a hand mixer or  blender to achieve a frothy texture similar to matcha drink in a caffe

Cafe-style options: Enjoy it as a Kuwatcha latte by mixing with soy milk, almond milk, oat milk, or regular milk — just like matcha latte in a caffe.

In Cooking: Due to its postprandial blood sugar-lowering effects, it can be used as an ingredient in pancakes or desserts, creating health-conscious matcha-style sweets.
