Adam Cozens
Adam Cozens and his wife Victoria saw an opportunity to do something better in Walthamstow East London. They built their business from home at the same time as starting a family and have stayed true to the values of the business from day one, which now employs 50 people.
Adam was awarded Advocate of the Year in 2023 by the CAP Awards alongside Go-Cardless and has been Highly Commended by the Institute of Directors for Director of the Year for London and the East of England in 2017.
Adam has a practical and varied background in civil engineering consultancy and past involvement in catering and hospitality. He has designed and project-managed all their stores and fitted some out himself. He now shares his knowledge and experience with start-ups and new shop owners and is a champion for small businesses across the UK.
