Adam co-founded Perky Blenders in 2015 with his wife Victoria. The business now has six shops, turns over £3m, employs 60 staff, and supplies over 100 businesses, alongside a very popular coffee subscription model, supermarket listings and franchise sites.

With a background in engineering, Adam champions lean growth, supporting small businesses and advising on national and Government platforms. He believes growing without major investment or crowdfunding builds resilience and sharp thinking, crucial for any retail entrepreneur.
