Started his professional career at DCC the Irish HQ''ed conglomerate helping them put in operations systems for their supply chains across Europe before moving into Technology and running the European Office for Segment, a San Francisco Data Startup .
His hospitality career started at the age of 7 serving full Irish breakfasts to the guests of his grandmother''s B&B which through promotion, evolved to changing the beds, getting caught writing swear words in the guest book and pretending to know the language of every guest who came through the door. This lasted 9 years. He''s excited about how AI can bring more humanity to Hospitality through re-prioritising the busy work that stops staff being guest facing.
