Roland Horne is the Founder and CEO of WatchHouse, a Modern Coffee business that opened in 2014. Under his leadership, WatchHouse has grown to 22 Houses globally, with 20 in the UK and two in New York. Roland’s background spans executive and non-executive directorships across property and management, alongside hands-on experience in scaling small and medium-sized businesses.
With a background in running and scaling small to medium-sized businesses, Roland brings a founder’s perspective to growth, combining a sharp eye for brand with a commitment to operational excellence. He holds an MSc in Economic History from LSE and recently completed his Executive MBA at the University of Oxford.
