In conjunction with base malts, we extract the sugars in the mash to create a variety of Craft beers. 50% of the grain bill for the beers you will be trying today is surplus fresh pasta. Current R&D includes utilising foods with the highest amounts of wastage (carrots, potatoes, and cashew fruits).
