Jolanta Strong heads our Charity Services Team and oversees the delivery of all our support services. This includes helpline provision, partnership organizations and financial support.
Jola has over 17 years of experience in charitable sector. She joined LTC 7 years ago and has been passionate about helping hospitality professionals ever since.
Prior to working in LTC, Jola managed a tenancy sustainment project. Working with people who were going through a tough patch, Jola has been exposed to a variety of scenarios and life stories.
Jola is always on a look out for any new trends in the types of issues people talk to us about to make sure we offer services that address those needs.
