Upcycling Surplus Fresh Pasta to Create Sustainable Craft Beer
At BBB, we reuse surplus food products from the manufacturing industry to produce modern Craft beer, reducing food waste to landfill. In conjunction with base malts, we extract the sugars in the mash to create a variety of Craft beers. 50% of the grain bill for the beers you will be trying today is surplus fresh pasta. Current R&D includes utilising foods with the highest amounts of wastage (carrots, potatoes, and cashew fruits).
